12. SquirrelMail: Do I need to have cookies enabled to use SquirrelMail?

Yes! You MUST have cookies enabled to use both the SquirrelMail and TWIG webmail clients. Whenever you log in, your username and password is stored in a cookie file (a local file stored on your computer). This information is read from the file whenever you access the webmail page. If this cookie is not found, the webmail client will insist that you log in again. To find out how to enable cookies, go here and select your browser. - Updated: June 20, 2002
