There is no easy way to know why you cannot log into SuqirrelMail, but here are a few things to try.
-Double check your username and password. Your username is the first part of your email address plus your domain name, such as yourusername@yourdomain.com . Your username and password should be typed in ALL lower case with NO spaces. Make sure the caps lock key is not on either.
-Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser.
