This system allows our customers to enter support
requests for any problems or issues they may have
relating to their Web hosting account, web site
content, and e-mail accounts. This system provides
our customers with 24/7 access to our support system
database via a Web based interface. |

| Before you enter
your first support request, please check to see
if there is an answer to any question you may have
in our FAQ'S and Knowledge Base. If your support
request requires further assistance, please follow
the simple steps below. |

| 1.
Enter your new support request by clicking "Enter
New Ticket" and completing the Web Support
request form to the best of your knowledge. Make
sure to include as much detail on the issue as possible.
If applies/possible include a link to the page where
the error occurs. |

| 2.
Once your support request has been submitted you
should receive a confirmation of the information
you submitted, as well as ticket number. Be sure
to note the Username and Ticket Number for future
reference. You will also receive an e-mail containing
the Username and Ticket Number. |

| 3.
To check the status of your ticket, click "View
Ticket Status" and enter the Username and Ticket
Number you received in the prior step. |

| 4.
Once the Username and Ticket Number are submitted,
you should get a screen displaying the support issue
details as well as the steps taken towards resolving
the issue. |

| 5.
Once the support issue has been resolved by our
technical staff, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail notifying you of the trouble ticket completion. |
