To create a new admin user in CS-Cart, please follow the steps below:

1) Create a new user group that these users will be assigned to.
- Login to admin area
- Go to Customers --> User groups
- Click "Add user group"
- Enter a name. Type should be Administrator. Status should be Active. Click Create.
- Once created, click Privileges in the users list.
- Then select the privileges that you wish to assign and save.
 
2) Create the new user and assign them to the new user group.
- Login to admin area
- Go to Customers --> Administrators
- Click on Add User and enter the user details and click Create.
- Click on Edit for the new user.
- Click on the User Groups tab.
- Set the status to Active for the new user group that you created. Set all other group statuses to Declined.
 
Login as the new user and you should only be able to navigate the sections you assigned Privileges for in that user group.
