To manually enter an order in CS-Cart, we recommend the following:
- First, login to the CS-Cart admin area and go to Customers --> Customers.
- Search for the customer using their email address or name.
- If a match is found and the customer already exists, perform the following additional steps: (a) Click on the "more" button for that customer record, then select "Act on behalf of" link. A new window will open, displaying the storefront. (b) You are now logged into the storefront as the customer and can place the order using their account.
- If NO match is found and the customer does not exist, simply go to the storefront and place the order as a new customer there.
