To setup an abandoned cart email/auto-responder in CS-Cart, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to admin area.
  2. Go to Website --> Newsletters --> Newsletters.
  3. Click on the Add Newsletter button.
  4. On the "New newsletter" screen, configure the settings for your email. In the "Send to" section, for "Customers with abandoned" select "Cart" (or whetever option you prefer) and enter the "days old" setting. Then click the "Create" button. You can test the email by using the "Send to test email" feature in the "Send to" section. Simply enter your email address and click the "Send" button.
