To remove or edit the shipping fee for an order in CS-Cart, follow the steps below:

1. Login to the CS-Cart admin area.
2. Go to Orders --> View Orders.
3. Search or browse for the desired order.
4. In the search results, click on the "More" button on the right and then select "Edit".
5. Proceed to the "Totals" step.
6. In the bottom right of screen, check the checkbox for "Custom shipping method" and enter a value of $0.00 (or the desired new value) into the textbox.
7. Click Save
8. Lastly, to refund the adjusted amount to the customer, you will need to login to the merchant interface for the payment method used for the order (ie: Authorize.net, Paypal, Google Checkout). Then you will need to refund the shipping amount in the associated merchant interface. See the merchant interface help/support for details/instructions on processing a refund.
