To change the billing or shipping address for an order in CS-Cart., follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the CS-Cart admin area.
  2. Go to Orders --> View Orders.
  3. Search or browse for the desired order.
  4. In the search results, click on the "More" button on the right and then select "Edit".
  5. Proceed to the "Customer details" step. On this screen, you can make any required address changes. Optionally, you can search for an existing customer by clicking on the "Choose" link on the bottom right corner of the screen. A search window will display allowing you to enter your search criteria, search for the customer and then "Choose" then. Note: this feature will insert the default billing AND shipping address for the selected customer into the address screen for the order being edited.
  6. To save the changes without making any other changes to the order, click Save. Otherwise, click "Proceed To The Next Step" to save your changes and proceed to the Totals screen.
